JTWGCO sells selected eBooks and other downloadable products directly. Physical JTWGCO book fulfillment is not currently offered through this store.
Digital purchases
Because a digital product can be delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, direct downloadable purchases are generally final once download access has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
When to contact us
Please contact JTWGCO if you were charged more than once for the same order, received the wrong file, cannot access a purchased download, or received a file that is corrupt or unusable. We will first try to correct the problem by restoring access or providing a working replacement file. When appropriate, we may issue a refund.
Amazon and other retailers
Books purchased from Amazon or another external retailer are fulfilled by that retailer and are subject to that retailer’s return and refund policies. JTWGCO cannot directly issue a refund for a transaction processed by another retailer.
